Our Fox Valley Farms Aurora facility is proud to hold one of the industry’s most rigorous certification standards – BRC Storage and Distribution (GFSI Approved Certification Schema).

This standard reviews practices related to food defense, temperature monitoring, allergen control, food recall plans, sanitation, and employee training – to name a few.

In order to receive this certification, all aspects of our operation have been aligned to the principles of HACCP, FSMA and the standards established by BRC.
